When You Send Film Out
I love shooting film for many reasons. Today I'll tell about one - the unknown. With digital photography you know very quickly whether or not you have at least a decent image. With film you shoot your frames, you send in the exposed rolls and wait with baited breath for the notification that the film rolls have been developed, scanned, and uploaded for my pleasure. THEN I know whether or not I have at least a decent image. A delayed gratification as it were.
