Flying into San Diego, taking the trolley to the border and then walking into Tijuana was an adventure. Turns out, the airport has electric busses that run passengers (for free?!?) to the Old Town transit center where you can catch the trolley. Saw this woman's shoe strung up in the barb wire not too far from the transit center. While the area immediately surrounding the transit center looks nice enough (see next posting), the industrial side of the neighborhood shows its rough edges fairly quickly.
