The Vegas strip has been closed since the middle of March. Late last evening and into the morning, I went downtown, to the Arts District, and (of course) the strip. Despite all of the businesses being shut down (especially the big resorts) there are throngs of bicyclists everywhere. No social distancing and I only saw one person wearing a mask.  But when the bikers aren't riding around it is eerily still.
